Reflections on being sober from alcohol for 4 years (video)

Instagram : @peterdagnes

I speak about my experience with abusing alcohol and getting into many dangerous situations, going to the depths of depression, sadness, isolation, and the experience of being sober now for 4 and a half years. I speak about the perspective I have gained from sobriety.
